Refinance Rates Keeping Near 7-Week Low - Feb. 7, 2025

Rates on 30-year refinance loans inched up just 1 basis point Thursday, bumping the average to 6.97%. The previous day was the first time since before Christmas that 30-year refi rates had registered below the 7% mark.
